A developer who leads a team. I have been writing PHP since 2014 and professionally since 2021 – from a junior at Logio, through a senior role at České Radiokomunikace, to team leader at VIAGEM a.s. Today I run development with Scrum, make sure as product owner that the team builds what matters, and take part in hiring. I haven't put the code down: I work with AI every day and run my own NixOS server with dozens of sites.

AniMood

A mood-based anime recommender: a short stack of cards for tonight instead of a catalogue. It learns from your choices and your AniList list, starts every series at season one and speaks eight languages. A local language model turns free text into settings.

Cukrárna Laušman

Website and admin for a pastry shop in Miletín. Products and prices live in Google Sheets, which also produce the PDF price list with one click. Every company or event gets its own order link, and after hand-over the customer rates each item separately.

Miletínská dopravní

mildop.cz

A regional news site with a map of events: fire brigade call-outs from the HZS API, traffic cameras and editorial reports, plus the nearest ČHMÚ weather station for any municipality imported from the RÚIAN register. Editors get roles, permissions and an audit log.

Home server

A NixOS home server running my own and clients' websites, mail, media, game servers and a local language model on the GPU. The whole configuration is code, certificates renew themselves and key databases are backed up nightly with a test restore.
